Centenary Meeting - 8-9 September 2011 - Edinburgh
Just a year to go until the Club celebrates its 100th
Birthday! Plans are well under way for the centenary meeting, although suggestions
and contributions are still invited..!

SIDUO (Int. Soc. of Ophth.
Ultrasound) Congress 2010
This will be taking place in
Edinburgh, 12-16 September 2010. More information at
www.siduo2010.org.
Ross Foundation Funding
Small grants available for pump priming research projects from the Ross
Foundation for the Prevention of Blindness. This Scottish charity will
review grant applications for ophthalmology research within Scotland.
Priority will be given to research that helps reduce the burden of visual
impairment. The amounts awarded vary, but are often in the region of
£2,000 - £5,000. Awards are agreed annually
- closing date is 30 September.
