Last Meeting
The recent Centenary Meeting of the SOC was held in
Edinburgh, with great success.
Held in the excellent EICC
main auditorium, a plethora of fantastic invited speakers informed and
entertained the large crowd. Young and old, cutting edge and classic,
the variety of subjects and speakers really made this a great occasion.
We especially thank our keynote guest speakers, for
their fine work:
Prof. Peng Khaw, Prof.
Tony Moore, Prof. Andrew Dick, Prof. Charles McGhee, Dr. John Ellis, Mr.
Daniel Morris, Dr. Stephen Madill.
Also the many invited
speakers who contributed to the specialty symposia.
A final thanks to the many
trainees who attended and contributed to the meeting, both in paper and
poster presentations. The SOC wouldn't exist without the support and
enthusiasm of the trainees who come to the meetings.
